Klickitat River Fishing
Klickitat River
The Klickitat flows from the glaciers on Mt. Adams making the rivers clarity dependent on the freezing level. Although this river has fish most of the time, the real attraction is the late summer run fish of October and November. The Klickitat is best described as an intimate river full of character and natural beauty. There are three drifts we do and each will take a full day. We decide each day which drift to do depending on the freezing level and where the fish are at in the system. There is no other river I would rather fish for steelhead in the Fall than Klickitat.
